  3. 1.      GRANT OF LICENSE.  Martinsen's Software grants to you 
  4.     the right to use and freely distribute Beyond Windows
  5.     Exit ("Software").
  6.  
  7. 2.      COPYRIGHT.  The Software is owned by Martinsen's 
  8.     Software and is protected by United States copyright
  9.     laws and international treaty provisions any you may
  10.     not remove the copyright notice form any copy of the
  11.     Software.   
  12.  
  13. 3.      OTHER RESTRICTIONS.  This Martinsen's Software License
  14.     Agreement is your proof of license to exercise the rights
  15.     granted herein and must be retained by you.  You may
  16.     not rent or lease the Software.  You may not reverse
  17.     engineer, decompile or disassemble the Software. YOU MAY
  18.     NOT SELL THIS SOFTWARE!
  19.  
  20. NO WARRANTY.  ANY USE BY YOU OF THE SOFTWARE IS AT YOUR OWN
  21. RISK.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED AS A DEMONSTRATION OF THE 
  22. FULL PRODUCT.  THE SOFTWARE IS PROVIDED FOR USE "AS IS" 
  23. WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND.  MARTINSEN'S SOFTWARE AND
  24. ITS SUPPLIERS DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER
  25. EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, WITHOUT LIMITATION, IMPLIED
  26. WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR
  27. PURPOSE.

  29. NO LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES.  In no event shall
  30. Martinsen's Software or its suppliers be liable for any damages
  31. whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss
  32. of business profits, business interruption, loss of business
  33. information, or other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use
  34. or inability to use this Martinsen's Software product, even if
  35. Martinsen's Software has been advised of the possibility of 
  36. such damages.  IN STATES THAT DO NOT ALLOW THE EXCLUSION
  37. OR LIMITATION OF LIABILITY FOR CONSEQUENTIAL OR INCIDENTAL
  38. DAMAGES, THIS PROGRAM **** MAY NOT **** BE USED!

  40. U.S. GOVERNMENT RESTRICTED RIGHTS

  42. The Software and documentation are provided with RESTRICTED
  43. RIGHTS.  Use, duplication, or disclosure by the Government
  44. is subject to restrictions as set forth in subparagraph
  45. (c)(1)(ii) of The Rights in Technical Data and Computer
  46. Software clause at DFARS 252.227-7013 or subparagraphs (c)(1)
  47. and (2) of the Commercial Computer Software - Restricted
